Hardcastle Guitar Supply Return Policy

At Hardcastle Guitar Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
  • The incorrect item was sent.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom orders or special-order items.
  • Items that show signs of use or wear.
  • Clearance or final-sale items.

2. Return Process with PUdo

We’ve partnered with PUdo Smart Lockers for an easy return process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at [your email/contact form link] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive a PUdo Return Code: If your return is approved, we’ll send you a PUdo locker drop-off code.
  3. Drop Off at PUdo Locker: Take your securely packaged item to the nearest PUdo locker and enter your return code.
  4. Processing & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges can be arranged for defective or incorrect items.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
